The purpose of the North Commitment Forum (NCF) is to promote and support charitable and educational activities in the domain of China mission and North Korea mission, as well as the mission in other areas. The NCF aims to train and develop church leaders like Paul.

The North Commitment Forum (NCF) operates 1) Missio Dei for China (MDC) and 2)Washington Good News Broadcasting. Washington Good News Broadcasting is currently in a preparation phase and is planned to be established and operated as an independent NGO starting in January 2029.

All offerings given to NCF are used 100% exclusively for mission-related ministry expenses.
